Meet Dr. Lauren Wilson
Board-Certified Psychiatrist | Focused on Whole-Person Mental Health
I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with a passion for helping adults navigate challenges to achieve their highest levels of personal and professional potential. My approach combines the rigor of modern medicine with a deep appreciation for each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals. I offer every patient a safe place to be understood.
After earning my undergraduate degree at the University of Tulsa, medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completing psychiatry residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, I built years of clinical experience in group private practice in the Texas Medical Center. Today, I offer individualized care through a solo private practice to ensure flexibility, continuity, and direct access to your doctor. When not seeing patients in my boutique private practice I provide psychiatric Consult Liaison services to Memorial Hermann and treat patients with eating disorders at Monte Nido Houston Day Treatment partial hospitalization program. I consult as a physician expert witness for cases focusing on mental health and have served as a teacher and supervisor for nurse practitioners and medical students.
